The Voyager™ Mini is a portable, lightweight briefcase that unfolds to become a 48″ × 18″ tabletop display for your exhibit. Optional detachable PVC graphics and header panels (your choice of three shapes) are available at an additional charge. Internal graphics can remain on the Voyager™ during transport. Headers should be removed for transport and storage. The graphic kit includes three detachable panel graphics printed with your submitted artwork. The inkjet-printed, laminated material produces a high resolution, vivid color image that is resistant to fading and scratches, and does not curl at the edges.

Water-resistant canvas carry bag with shoulder strap also available.

The Voyager™ Series has been specially developed as a briefcase-style tabletop display and is a great choice for promotions on the go. It has a rigid, thermoformed ABS exterior and a black, hook-and-loop-receptive fabric interior.

Lead time indicates production days and does not include time in transit. Rush printing/shipping options are available.
The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, there may be variations in color between the actual product and your screen.

Processing Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST are processed the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Shipping Timeline:
- Non-custom, in-stock items: Shipped within 3 business days of payment confirmation (unless otherwise requested).
- Printed graphics: Allow an additional 5 to 15 business days, as noted in each item’s description.
Restrictions:
- We currently do not ship to military addresses or P.O. Boxes.
- International orders may be subject to customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Voyager™ Mini Package Options

You can purchase your Voyager™ Mini on its own, or choose to add graphics printed with your own artwork (see artwork submission process in description). They will arrive with your display attached to its Velcro-receptive fabric.

Detachable Graphics

The graphics are fully detachable and can be replaced anytime in the future.

If you add them to this order, you'll receive:

Graphic Headers

The graphic headers attach to the top of your display when it's unfolded and set up. They come in three shapes.

It makes your display even more portable, with space for your graphics and headers.

Artwork Submission Process

Step 1: Place Your Order

After placing your order, you’ll receive all the necessary artwork preparation documents if they’re not already available on the product page.

Step 2: Create Your Artwork

Prepare your artwork based on the specifications in the provided documents. For advice or technical support, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help! Need graphic design assistance? We can connect you with a professional designer.

Step 3: Upload Your Artwork

There are two ways to submit your print-ready files:

Large Files (Over 10MB): Use our Artwork Upload Form to submit files over 10MB.
Small Files (Under 10MB): Email your files to clientservice@epicdisplays.com.

Important: Include your order number and contact details when uploading artwork files, as submissions without this information may not be processed.

Step 4: Approve Your Proof

Within 1 to 3 business days, you’ll receive proof images via email. Please review and reply with your approval.

Note: Production lead times begin only after we receive your proof approval and confirm payment.

Artwork Turnaround Time

For estimated printing times, please contact us. On average, most displays require 5 to 10 business days for printing from the date of proof approval. This timeframe does not include shipping.
