Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes! We’ll coordinate any additional freight charges or requirements with you upon ordering. International orders may be subject to taxes and duties. Canadian residents are subject to GST, and Ontario residents to PST.
Can you ship directly to my show?
Absolutely. Just provide any necessary documentation specific to your tradeshow, as many venues have specific regulations for receiving shipments.

Where do I upload my artwork files?

What does "print-ready" mean?
"Print-ready" means your artwork meets the specifications and dimensions in the guidelines we provided.
I don’t know how to create print-ready artwork. Can you help?
Yes, we’re here to help with design advice and technical support. Alternatively, we can recommend a third-party designer to create artwork for you.
Can I upload graphics without placing an order?
Yes, you can upload graphics in advance, but we won’t begin proofing until your order is placed.
I don’t know my order number—what should I do?
Your order number (a 4-digit code) links uploaded files to your specific order. If you don’t have it, simply include the recipient's name, address, email, and phone number to ensure we match your files to the correct order.
What's the standard turnaround time for graphic printing?
Typically, graphic printing takes 5 to 7 business days. Some displays may take less time, and others more—please contact us for a specific timeline.
I need my graphics faster than 5 to 7 business days!
Contact us! We can accommodate most rush orders. Our client service team will provide a timeline, explain the process, and quote any additional costs.
What extra costs should I expect for a rush order?
For rush orders, priority shipping is often the fastest option, and costs vary by transit time and destination.
Expedited printing may also be available. We’ll work to keep any additional costs as low as possible.

Eligibility Requirements for Non-Profits
For U.S.-based Non-Profits:
- Please have your IRS 501(c)(3) designation letter ready
- Sales tax-exempt certificate (if applicable)
For Canadian Non-Profits:
- Please have CRA-required documents, as listed on the CRA website
Eligibility Requirements for Educational Institutions
Qualified institutions in the U.S. and Canada include:
- Accredited K-12 schools (public or private), or associated school districts
- Accredited universities, colleges, and vocational schools that grant degrees (at least two years of full-time study)
- Administrative offices or Boards of Education for qualified institutions
- Government-run schools within U.S. and Canadian territories
Note: Institutions should be accredited by recognized accrediting associations, as approved by the U.S. Department of Education, State Board of Education, Canadian Minister of Education, or Provincial Ministries of Education.
How to Verify a Purchase for an Educational Institution?
Your purchase can be verified through one of the following:
- Official purchase order issued by the educational institution
- Credit card with the institution’s name, billing address, and delivery address
- Personal credit card or check payment from faculty or staff, with the institution’s delivery address
