How to Inspect and Start a Return
- Open your package(s) immediately upon receipt.
- If you’re not fully satisfied with the appearance, functionality, or quality of the item(s), please let us know within 5 business days. We’ll prioritize resolving your concern, including arranging a return and refund if needed.
Return Guidelines
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging, with an RMA number, within 10 business days of receipt.
- Condition Requirements: Items must be in the same condition as received—unused, with tags, in original packaging—and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-refundable Charges: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Non-returnable Items: Custom items, such as printed graphics, table throws, and flooring, cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, contact us at clientservice@epicdisplays.com or call 1-855-536-3385. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Note: Items returned without a request and approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. If your package shows visible damage, be sure to note this with the delivery person; it’s required for freight claims.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom items (such as printed graphics and flooring)
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and perishable items (e.g., food or plants) If you have questions about a specific item’s eligibility, please reach out.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest approach is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
