Silver Replacement Scissors for Hopup™ Displays. Swapping Hopup™ Scissors requires only a Phillips (+) screwdriver (please keep original screws on your frame as these Replacement Scissors do not include new screws). Please extend your Hopup™ frame and note the placement of the silver scissors that need replacing. This is mandatory as this replacement hardware differs based on its position on the frame. Scissor type will also depend on frame model- Straight or curved.
If your Hopup™ frame is straight:
A broken scissor on the frame's perimeter is SKU OB-HOP-CISSO-2-S
A broken scissor on the interior of the frame is SKU OB-HOP-CISS-2-S
If your Hopup™ frame is curved:
A broken vertical scissor on the frame's perimeter is SKU OB-HOP-CISSO-2-S
A broken vertical scissor on the interior of the frame is SKU OB-HOP-CISS-2-S
A broken horizontal scissor anywhere on the frame is SKU OB-HOP-CISC-2-S
Simple Step-by-Step Replacement…
- Extend your Hopup™ Display frame.
- Remove all four screws on your broken Scissor hubs, keeping the screws for your new Replacement Scissors.
- Pull broken Scissor from frame.
- Place new Scissor tips into frame hubs and screw all four Scissor tips into place.
