Penguin offers a lifetime warranty against material - and/or manufacturing defects. The warranty only covers hardware (systems not panels) and is limited to the original owner. Penguin reserves the right to request the product to be returned for inspection before warranty is granted. Abusive handling, loss of the system or parts is not included in the warranty. Warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the respective product only.

Return Process
- Contact us and provide the original order number. A return authorization number will be provided that must appear on the outside of the package. Instructions will be provided on where to ship return.
- Carefully package and ship the damaged product to the specified address that is given at the time of the return authorization.
