Artwork Submission Process
The following outlines the process for submitting print-ready artwork.
Place Your Order
Once you place your order you will receive all necessary artwork preparation documents. Take note, these documents are also often supplied directly on each product's page.
Create Your Artwork
Prepare artwork according to the specifications detailed in the artwork documents provided. If you need any advice or technical support please contact us, we're here to help. If you need graphic design services we'll be happy to refer a highly experienced professional to you.
Upload Your Artwork
There are two ways to submit your print-ready artwork files.

Approve Your Proof
Within 1 to 3 business days you will receive proof images by email. Please review and reply with your approval. Important: Stated lead times do not begin until implicit proof approval is received, and payment is confirmed.
** Uploads ยท It is important to include order and contact information into the form when uploading artwork files. Uploads without this information are not guaranteed processing.
Artwork Turnaround Time
To determine the time it will take to print your graphics please call us. Turnaround times depend on the display. On average, many require 5 to 10 business days of printing time from the date of your proof approval. Note: This does not include the shipping time.
Rush Shipping / Printing
Epic Displays can accommodate most rush orders. If you need your display quickly please call us right away to arrange this. Though not all rush orders require additional fees, if rush printing or shipping is required you will be informed or your full options and be provided a clear quote.
